SENATE BILL NO. 87 "An Act requiring screening of newborns for                                                                  
congenital heart defects; and providing for an effective date" was read

adoption of the Health and Social Services Committee Substitute                                                                 
offered on page 1007. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL

Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
